Bayit Cham, famous for its expertise, professionalism and decades-long experience the field of supported employment for people with mental health disabilities recently won a tender awarded by Israel’s Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Social Services to provide supported employment services for people with disabilities of all types.
Bayit Cham has therefore begun providing professional supported employment services, adapted to a broad spectrum of people including those with:
physical disabilities such as mobility challenges and various levels of visual or hearing impairment, developmental disabilities and autism.
The purpose of the service is to help the individual to promote his personal process of development and growth while identifying his occupational tendencies, strengths and abilities and finally, his placement and successful integration at a satisfying, fulfilling job in the mainstream workplace, despite the limitations he faces

Services include:

•  Escort, support and empowerment in the employment process
•  Creating a personal growth program in full partnership with the client
•  Assistance integrating at a mainstream workplace while ensuring that it is fully accessible and adapted to the client’s needs
• Building a personal career identity and career development
•  Strengthening and acquiring employment, communication and interpersonal skills
•  Maintaining continuous contact with employers and other professionals

These services are for people who are recognized by the National Insurance Institute as having a medical disability of 40% or more.

Services are provided nationwide for all segments of the population.
