Yesterday Bayit Cham’s ‘Tchelet’ center held a conference at the Rechasim community center.
More than 100 women educators attended the conference – kindergarten, elementary and high school teachers, teachers’ assistants and other educational staff – in order to gain tools to build resilience, both within themselves and within the children under their care.
The meeting was significantly helpful for them and they received answers to lots of questions: How can they identify their anxiety? What can be done about it? How to mediate the situation for children? How to help children emotionally? and more.
