Bayit Cham is Israel's leading non-profit mental health organization, serving thousands each year nationwide through its vocational rehabilitation programs, mental health clinics, and sexual trauma recovery centers. After years of therapy at Bayit Cham's sexual trauma centers, many women are ready for the next step: rebuilding their lives through work, independence, and dignity.

The next step is Sweet at Heart – Bayit Cham's innovative social enterprise, a 6,000-square-foot chocolate factory. Here, women will receive professional training in quality chocolate production, sales, and customer service, while continuing to receive therapeutic support.

The factory floor is already built and ready. What’s missing is the heart of the factory — its specialized equipment and therapeutic spaces. Our goal is to raise $400,000 to purchase the equipment and open the doors.
