What’s the difference between integrated employment and quality integrated employment??

It’s the employees’ sense of belonging and being appreciated or its absence.
Are you wondering what we mean? It’s like this:
There are lots of employees who have integrated at the workplace, are doing their jobs faithfully and their employers are satisfied. But do they really feel part of the establishment? Connect with co-workers? Feel as important and valued as other employees? Not always. Quality job placement requires the employee to develop the necessary skills and also needs the active efforts of the employer and staff.

Our expert employment coaches work with each of the employees individually to improve their skills. As far as the employers are concerned, we have excellent collaborations with some fantastic employers who go to great lengths to ensure that our employees truly are successful and for the employees to feel that they are a significant and integral part of the workplace. Devoted managers go down to the work areas and visit the various branches to make sure that things are working out well and to extend help when things aren’t so perfectly smooth…

So in preparation for our pre-Pesach celebration, we decided to give them a perk and send a symbolic l’Chaim – a “Cocoa Forest” chocolate package to express our gratitude and appreciation for their grit, determination and wholehearted devotion. What fun we have working with you🙏
L’Chaim – To Life! And have a happy Pesach!! 🍷
